Returns Policy – Frono (Operated by Saanvi (Portchester) Limited)


At Frono, operated by Saanvi (Portchester) Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process in accordance with UK consumer law.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must beΒ unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • You must include proof of purchase or order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

  • Opened or used items (unless defective)

  • Gift cards or downloadable software

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@frono.uk with the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos

We will provide return instructions and a return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed withinΒ 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a flat rate of Β£4.99 may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@frono.uk.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
