Returns Policy

At Frono UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • You must include proof of purchase or order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

  • Opened or used items (unless defective)

  • Gift cards or downloadable software

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@frono.uk with the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos

We will provide return instructions and a return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a flat rate of £4.99 may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@frono.uk.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
