Eligibility & Conditions
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice) is required.
- Items marked Final Sale, “Clearance”, or digital/downloadable goods are non-returnable.
How to Return
- Email support@frono.uk with your order number and reason.
- We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and address.
- Ship using a tracked method and retain proof of postage.
Return Shipping Costs
- Buyers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

In cases of free outbound shipping, a flat return charge (e.g. £4.99) may be deducted from your refund.
- If item is faulty or we shipped incorrectly, return shipping is on us.
Refund Processing
- Once returned and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

The refund notification will be sent via email.
- Shipping costs (outbound) are non-refundable unless we shipped incorrectly.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective.

If you want a different item, return the original and place a new order.
