Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If not, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice) is required.
  • Items marked Final Sale, “Clearance”, or digital/downloadable goods are non-returnable.

How to Return

  • Email support@frono.uk with your order number and reason.
  • We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and address.
  • Ship using a tracked method and retain proof of postage.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
  • In cases of free outbound shipping, a flat return charge (e.g. £4.99) may be deducted from your refund.
  • If item is faulty or we shipped incorrectly, return shipping is on us.

Refund Processing

  • Once returned and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • The refund notification will be sent via email.
  • Shipping costs (outbound) are non-refundable unless we shipped incorrectly.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective.
  • If you want a different item, return the original and place a new order.
