Delivery

We deliver to the UK, Isles, Scottish Highlands, Channels Islands & Northern Ireland.

For delivery in Ireland please place your order at our Ireland website: https://www.frono.uk

Please be advised that if you have purchased a spa which includes chemicals as part of your order, then you’ll receive two separate deliveries/parcels ‑ chemicals will be dispatched via a separate courier and not in the same package.

We offer Standard Delivery (2-5 days) for £3.99 & Free shipping on all orders above £40.

All deliveries are made between Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

*Next working day delivery conditions:

  • only available on Delight and Lite series hot tubs for limited period.
  • Choose Standard Shipping during checkout and your order will be automatically be upgraded to next day delivery.
  • Orders received before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered next day. Orders received on Friday before 2pm will be delivered on Monday.
  • No delivery is made on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Special note: Ensure that there is some one on site on the day of delivery, should you require assistance with unloading or moving your delivery. If you have specific delivery requests or requirements, please contact us before placing your order, so we can advise further. We will always try to accommodate delivery requests, but these are in no way guaranteed by either Frono or our couriers.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship orders internationally.

Cancellation & Returns

In accordance with the distance selling regulations, you can cancel your order any time up to 14 days after you have had delivery of your product(s). If you do decide you no longer require your products we will be happy to have it returned to us. The item must be in its original wrapping, unopened and in the condition it was received. It is your responsibility to return the item to us at your cost. Please Note: By installing or using the product in any way you are accepting your order and therefore we cannot accept a return unless the item is found to be operationally faulty.

If you find your item to be faulty in any way, please contact us immediately so that we can help to remedy this for you. Depending on the fault (for example, cosmetic damage or operational fault) depends on the course of action – we can discuss this fully with you and ensure you are happy with your purchase.
